The short version: this site has no accounts, no logins, no signup form, and no trackers. It collects nothing about you beyond the ordinary server logs every website produces.
No accounts. No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics pixels. No cross-site tracking. No cookies set by this site.
This is the important part, so it is stated plainly.
Every name shown on this site is a person who signed a Form D and filed it with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in their capacity as an officer, director, or promoter of the company. It is a matter of public record, published by the SEC, and we reproduce it exactly as filed and nothing more.
We do not look up, buy, infer, append, or publish anyone's email address, phone number, home address, or any other personal contact detail. We never will. The site shows what is on the filing — a name and a role — and stops there.
If you are named on a filing and want to raise something about how it appears here, write to the address below. Note that we cannot change the underlying SEC filing; that lives with the SEC and with the company that filed it.
If your name appears on this site and you want it gone, email ant588362@gmail.com with the company name and we will remove it. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove who you are.
What happens: your name is added to a suppression list and removed from the site, normally within 7 days. The suppression is permanent — it survives every future data refresh, so the name does not reappear the next time the filing is re-read. The company, the amount and the location stay, because those describe a business rather than a person.
What we cannot do: change or remove the original Form D. That document belongs to the SEC and to the company that filed it, and it will remain public on EDGAR whatever we do here.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and Vermont have statutory rights to access and delete personal information held about them. The process above is how those requests are handled, and it is offered to everyone regardless of where they live.
The amounts, cities, industries, and dates on this site describe companies and their securities offerings, not individuals.
This site does not have a mailing list and does not send email. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and any email will carry a working one-click unsubscribe.
Nobody. The only third party involved is Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
This is a business research tool, not directed at children under 13, and it collects no personal information from anyone.
