Any US company that raises money privately has to tell the SEC within 15 days — the amount, the city, the industry, and the executive who signed it. Almost none of it reaches the press. This reads those filings every day and shows you the ones that are real companies.
Loading filings…
How the filtering works. Most Form D filings are not companies. About two thirds are pooled investment funds and SPVs, and a further chunk are offerings where nothing has actually sold yet — a company raising, not one that raised. Those are all excluded. What is left is real operating companies with money in the bank.
The feed above is free and stays free. You pay when you want the new filings that match your criteria pushed to you every morning, instead of scrolling a page.
Setup is by email right now, on purpose. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll show you what last week would have sent you before you pay anything. If your filters would have been empty, I'll say so.
What this is not: we publish what companies told the SEC themselves. No email addresses, no phone numbers, no contact lookups, ever.
